This service is for individuals who do not require advice on the suitability of EIS for example, but rather those that are looking for a source of researched quality individual investment opportunities to build/continue to build and diversify investments in these areas.

Membership is free, and there is no minimum number of investments that members have to make per annum.

Membership is conditional. Including but not limited to, high net worth and sophisticated investor status, with final verification completed by FS Ventures.

FS Ventures Private Equity Club may only charge investors performance related fees on the full exit proceeds if the investment has grown by a specific amount agreed on application. No initial fees or costs are charged to investors, these may only be met by third parties and/or the underlying investee companies by, and not restricted to, fees, commissions, share of carried interest or any combination thereof.

It is the responsibility of the investor for ensuring that sufficient liquid capital is held on the GrowthInvest platform to cover the annual fee for service and for complying with the GrowthInvest terms of business.
